We love nature! And we bet you do, too. So come with us and learn about butterflies and dragonflies, snakes and salamanders, grasses and trees. So many fun things to do! So many fascinating things to learn!
We offer kids exciting field trips, afterschool classes, summer camps, preschool, scout programs, and even birthday parties.
Adults can choose from an amazing array of opportunities to experience the natural world in the Greater Washington DC region, including at our Woodend Sanctuary in Chevy Chase, Maryland, and our Rust Sanctuary in Leesburg, Virginia. We also venture to the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Eastern Shore, and other areas throughout the mid-Atlantic.
